Cancellation

You may cancel your order prior to the generation of a shipping label. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. If you request to cancel a shipped order, a round‑trip shipping fee of $30 will be deducted from your final refund.

Returns

Our return window lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this 10‑day period.
If your package has already left our warehouse for customs clearance or is in transit, a round‑trip shipping fee of $30 will apply to any return request.
Please note that product appearance may differ slightly from website images due to real‑world delivery conditions. We are unable to process refunds or complaints related to such visual differences.
If you received a gift package and wish to return it, your refund will be processed once we receive the gift in its original, undamaged condition. When submitting return evidence, please include clear photos of the shipping package (showing shipping details and the product) and your full order information (including item descriptions).

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Perishables such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Selected health and personal care items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within the designated processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and credit card statements. Processing times may vary between banks and card issuers.

Shipping and Exchanges

You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to our designated address. Return shipping fees are non‑refundable.
For items valued over $80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
Electronics: Costco will accept returns within 90 days (from the date the member received the merchandise) for Televisions, Projectors, Major Appliances (refrigerators above 10 cu. ft., freezers, ranges, cooktops, over-the-range and under-counter microwaves, range hoods, dishwashers, water heaters, washers and dryers), Computers, Touchscreen Tablets, Smart Wearable Devices, Cameras, Aerial Cameras (drones), Camcorders, MP3 players and Cellular Phones (return details will vary by carrier service contract).

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit matching the value of the returned item will be issued once received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
